Anna Silk
Anna Silk, born January 31st 1974 in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada is an actress famous for her character Bo in The Showcase show Lost Girl. Silk was created by Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk's parents are Peter who was an academic, and Peter Silk, who was known as an accomplished actor as well as a producer, director, writer, teacher, and Director of Drama, St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her mom watching working and going to the rehearsals for her plays. Silk was featured in a variety of commercials as just a child. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was active in at least two of the early stage productions, including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk was able to move to Toronto and moved to Los Angeles in the decade that followed 1999. Seth Cooperman met Silk at the Actors Workshop in Los Angeles, in 2007. In 2009, the couple were married civilly in December 2009. The couple got married in Fredericton on April 10, the couple renewed their vows, following Silk's decision to convert to Judaism. Silk Cooperman's birth took place in May 2013and had a son called Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron, her second baby was born on May 13, in 2016. Silk is known for her television role as Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she was awarded a nomination by for the Gemini Awards. The Canadian series Lost Girl cast her as Bo Dennis, the lead character in the succubus. Silk got pregnant in the course of production of the third season finale episode. She announced the pregnancy to viewers of the show during the Showcase preview of the Season Three special on January 6 2013. The 4th of June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced the start of production on the fourth season. On the 20th of June 2013 Silk posted on Twitter that she was back to the set of the show. CNN's Cable News Network named her performance as Bo as well as Lauren (Zoie Parker) on Lost Girl as same-sex couples as one of their most-loved television Couples. E! named the couple as the top TV Couple for 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk, as a result its popularity on social media has earned it a large internet following.
